The Xenium platform uses targeted panels to detect gene expression at subcellular resolution. Xenium v1 pre-designed panel and custom panel part numbers (PN) are listed below.

The Advanced Panel Upgrade PN-1000664 is used for both Xenium v1 and Xenium Prime advanced designs. For Xenium v1 designs, it supports up to 300 added targets.
