The Xenium platform uses targeted panels to detect gene expression at subcellular resolution. Xenium Prime pre-designed panel and custom panel part numbers (PN) are listed below.
These parts are not compatible with Xenium v1 reagent kits or panels. For Xenium v1 panel parts, go to this page.
The 10x Genomics pre-designed panels are designed to cover all major cell types found in a tissue for specific species and tissue types.

Xenium Advanced Panel Upgrades are only necessary for advanced custom panel designs.
The Advanced Panel Upgrade PN-1000664 is used for both Xenium v1 and Xenium Prime advanced designs. For Xenium Prime designs, it supports up to 100 added targets.
