10x Genomics Single Cell assays require a suspension of high-quality single cells or nuclei as input. Cell sorting using flow cytometry enables the enrichment of specific cell types as well as removal of dead cells, which can be especially useful in sample preparation. This Technical Note provides general guidance on using cell sorting to prepare samples for use in various 10x Genomics assays.
