The Visium CytAssist Gene Expression Reagent Kits for FFPE workflow automates the transfer of transcriptomic probes from glass slides to Visium slides. In this assay the decrosslinking temperature was increased to 95C, and as a consequence, the probe access to genomic DNA (gDNA) is increased. This Technical Note characterizes the presence of gDNA in data derived from the Visium CytAssist Spatial Gene Expression for FFPE and Visium Spatial Gene Expression for FFPE assays.
