The Visium CytAssist is compatible with FFPE tissue sections placed on blank slides. This document provides workflow overviews for processing FFPE tissue and additional equipment, kits, and reagents for the following assays:
- Visium CytAssist Spatial Gene Expression
- Visium CytAssist Spatial Gene and Protein Expression
Reagents and hardware produced by 10x Genomics are not listed in this document. Unless otherwise indicated, reagent and equipment tables apply to both assays.
