10k Monkey PBMCs Multiplexed, 2 CMOs
Universal 3' Gene Expression dataset analyzed using Cell Ranger 6.0.0
Learn about Chromium analysis
Monkey peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from a Rhesus monkey strain (age 6 years and 10 months, Chinese origin, male) were obtained by 10x Genomics from IQ Biosciences and multiplexed at equal proportions with 2 CMOs.
FASTA and GTF files were downloaded and processed with cellranger mkgtf and cellranger mkref, in order to build a reference for the Rhesus monkey (Macaca mulatta).
The config.csv input file was submitted with two sample IDs (correlating to the two individually tagged aliquots of monkey PBMCs) and with one CMO ID assigned per sample ID.
Libraries were prepared following the Chromium Next GEM Single Cell 3ʹ Reagent Kits v3.1 (Dual Index) with Feature Barcode technology for Cell Multiplexing User Guide (CG000388) and sequenced on Illumina NovaSeq 6000.
